BULLY Course Review

Piloting the BULLY Course has been a wonderful experience. The kids enjoy the acronyms and often answer my questions with a quote from the text.  At the end of this week’s lesson, I asked the class how we were doing with this topic and book material. One said, “The bully book is all about kindness.” Another said, “It makes us aware of caring about each other.”  Still, others said it was helpful and cool.  As the teacher, I especially enjoy the material because it allows the class to work on real-life situations, and teaches them how not to become a bully. We will soon be introducing the methodology to additional students.

BULLY Book Review

The book, “BULLY – Being Unfriendly Lessens Liking You” is a very inspirational book that lets students and adults know that bullying is unacceptable in any way, shape or form. I love how the worksheets are put and how engaging they are. I would love to have this book in my school and our school district. Bullying is a huge problem nowadays, especially with social media. I feel that this book really solves, and helps these situations.
